This year, Science Club has rewritten the history of Science Fac!

First of all, SOW was a total success! Oscar night, held last night, was supposed to mark the finale of SOW. Awards for Best OGs, Best House, Best Cinematography, Best Picture, Best Sound Effects etc. were given to OGs which deserved all the titles. Ultimately, every OG and everyone involved in SOW is a winner! I'm so proud to be part of SOW 2005 comm.

After Oscar Night was Sing-along session. Guess what? The reaction of the freshies and seniors were overwhelming! Everyone sang, hand-in-hand. Home, When You Believe, If We Hold On Together blablabla... The scenario was so touching! Quite a few comm girls teared... including me. Unity thru Participation was seen alive!

Today, RAG day! SOW sent the entire force of supporters down! Our faculty's got 400 over supporters!!! Most importantly, we were so united! Even the Dean, Proff Tan came down to support us! He chose to give up the comfortable seat under the shelter specially for the Deans and instead he stood under the sun with us and cheered along! I heard him cheered the Hokkien cheer! Dressed in blue, we cheered together although many were tired due to insufficient sleep. The other faculties had only about 50 freshies left compared to 300 plus from the start... hahaha...oops! Quite mean of me, but it's a fact.

Last year, Bizad swept away all the titles for RAG and FLAG. Everyone couldn't believe it cos their float was really lousy. A pheonix? More like an overcooked KFC chicken! 6th Aug 2005, Science Club took back what we lost last year! Bizad and Science Fac got GOLD award for overall Rag and Flag. But in the end, the Chancellor Shield belonged to US! When the MCs announced the eventual winner. 3 sec of silence. "SCIENCE FACULTY!" WOoooooo! Many of us cried! All the hard work was paid off!
