Chocolates!
Whole almonds coated with VanHouten milk chocolate
versus
M&M peanut, which is betteR?
VH costs 40cents more than M&M in NUS co-op.
The values given below all account for per serving:
VH only contains 10g total fat whereas 14.7g for M&M.
19.7g sugars in VH, 28.9g for M&M!
Cholesterol in VH amounts to 7.3mg, eh.. M&M didn't contain that information leh. Maybe they don't dare to. HAha...
Pls note that weight per serving for VH is much heavier than M&M.
Though protein content in M&M is higher by 2g, you wouldn't wanna stuff more unhealthiness into your body than you would for healthiness right?
Better choice would be VanHouten. Yeah~
