"... ok thanks."
He doesn't sound convincing lor...
I'm still recuperating! Still feeling weak. heart's weak. The good thing is headaches and fever are less frequent now. Thanks to those who cared. =)
The ironic thing is, when I went for my health check yest morning at Raffles Hospital, everything seemed fine!!! The doc confirmed and assured that I am fit for the job! She wasn't even aware of my fever lor... duh.
The old indian female doc looked stern but humorous. Ya, beats me how this two can be related. Anyway, there's this medical form which requires me to be honest with my past and present medical records. So, I tick boxes for gastric disorders and asthma. Under remarks, I wrote "severe gastric attack more than 4 yrs ago. Mild gastric attacks occur if irregular meals are taken. Had asthma more than 10 yrs ago."
She asked a few qns, and asked me to add in additional words.
"severe gastric attack more than 4 yrs ago - tan tock seng hospital (gastroscopy - normal). Mild gastric... meals are taken. Had asthma more than 10 yrs ago - childhood asthma"
She then assured me that my medical grants will not be affected because gastroscopy has proved that I'm norm and so mild gastric attacks are small cases and not counted! Childhood asthma also not counted. Seriously I must thank her, cos I felt that she's helping me to make the illnesses look insignificant in order not to affect my pay or watso ever.
So the conclusion is, I'm fit for the job. In fact, my body performed rather well yest. Muahaha... I'm very very fit!
I'm still having fever... -_-
