Before our term break were 3 consecutive days of activities beyond classroom which includes community service work at a childcare centre, some fashion runway show, and mass heritage trail for the whole sec 2 levels. It was during these days which I witnessed the adorable side of my students... so different when they were having official lessons. In fact, they were real good with the kids at the childcare,one of them actually taugnt them ABC with great patience!I hope he learned that it's not easy being a teacher. haha...

On a particular day of that week when lessons were as norm, the dress-code of teachers and students were swapped! Ok, I looked real studious, but it also shows that I'm still young ya?!

I had no idea how I spent my 1 week hols.. it just ended at a blink of an eye! Hmm..besides tues and thurs, my days were spent in the office. But I enjoyed the gym trips with dear whenever my mornings were free.

Tuesday was sushi buffet at nihon mura@the cathay basement. The ambience is great, and they are very generous with their mayonese/soya sauce and drinks! Buffet includes free flow of green tea and soft drinks plus one juice of the day!

It's only $14.80++ at student rate and $16.80++ for adults.Available only on weekdays 1430 to 1730.To all friends, I highly recommend this than Sakae Sushi. =D

Wednesday was a half-day at work, after which I rushed, in the rain, to meet my dad and sis in town for Dim Sum!The orchard branch had 50% off during the hols for hightea, but they're still having 30% off after hols though. We ordered 12 items (abt $4 each) but paid the bill at 25bucks only.Besides the fact that my sis' colleague excluded charges for tea/towels and peanuts...which adds up to about 10, its' considered real cheap for nice dim sum. *burped*

Dear and I spent half the day hunting for his new specs..

Eh, apparently that's not the new specs la. -_-!
